Over the past 20+ years, we have led large portfolios, programs and projects, established and matured PMOs and supported hundreds of project professionals. Leading a PMO is not like managing a project. Yes, project management skills are welcome, and they certainly help, but a PMO leader is a strategist who sets the vision and shows how the PMO can help their companies to increase their revenue, help more clients, become more efficient, and celebrate more achievements. Bruno takes pride in spearheading portfolios, programs and projects, incorporating industry-leading practices such as PMI, Six Sigma, Agile, and Organizational Change Management. Throughout his career, Bruno has built and nurtured productive relationships with C-Level executives and led cross-functional teams to peak performance, demonstrating my commitment to delivering impactful strategies and achieving organizational success. He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Alberta (Canada), Master and Bachelor Degrees in Computer Science from the Federal University of Pernambuco (Brazil), and several certifications in project management (PMP, PMI-ACP, PMI-RMP, PMI-SP), portfolio management (MoP), Agile (CSM), in IT and investment management.
